A: Free Operating System: Default installed our trial activated OEM windows 10 or windows 10 pro English for free, other languages can be selected among: Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Italian, Japanese, Turkish, Greek etc. Please leave a message or inform us which language you want to install. Other systems we can install free are like Linux, Ubuntu etc if you need. Seller is NOT responsible and makes no compensation for trial OEM system.

Normally we shipping free by faster shipment such as DHL, EMS,Fedex,Our express agent special line,etc.it depends on different countries and different cases.but for those remote areas,we have to shipping free by registered post, it will be slower than EMS, DHL,Fedex,etc.you can also add extra fee for DHL EMS Fedex etc faster shipment, thanks for understanding.All goods will be packed to make sure they arrive at high condition.
