Recently, we received another quality inspection request from our Taiwanese customer.
Last September, under the mutual trust of both parties, we received an order from this important Taiwanese customer to us and received a deposit.

As a mature mini pc production team, out of strict grasp of the quality of each product, our professional technical inspection team conducted the first shipment inspection of this batch of products and tested layers of product quality, program operation, diagnostics and monitoring, equipment accessories, and operating status environment, and all met the product quality standards.

For this quality inspection, the Taiwan customer led his quality inspector to go deep into our production plant along with our general manager, plant manager and quality inspection engineering team.

After the Taiwan customer arrived, we firstly led them to visit various workshops of our factory and introduced them to various aspects of our products from parts assembly to quality inspection to packing boxes. In addition, they also learned about the logo printing and packaging printing process of our OME service.

Before testing, the employees unpacked the products and fixed the mini pc on TEST, then the engineers assisted in the quality testing process.

During the testing process, the Taiwanese customer quality inspector and our engineer discussed and technically exchanged every part of the process. The testing part included our mini pc, RAM and spare parts, etc.

Through the layers of quality testing sessions, the customer had a more genuine recognition of our product quality and a stronger affirmation of this cooperation and future cooperation. This not only gives our production team a full affirmation and encouragement, but also a stronger confidence in the professional development of our mini pc.
