Eglobal Technology Co., Ltd. has been a mini computer manufacturer integrating R&D, production and sales since 2009. After the cold winter of COVID-19, starting in 2023, the Eglobal team began to adjust its market strategy, seize every opportunity, and take a series of measures both online and offline to expand overseas markets.
On the offline side, Ms. Coral, the marketing director of Eglobal, in order to learn and explore more deeply how to expand brand influence and obtain more potential customers, Ms. Coral has traveled to Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand to participate in seminars jointly organized by CCPIT and Pingpong. Investment Promotion Conference, which not only provided an in-depth understanding of the current situation of the Southeast Asian market, but also made Eglobal mini computers well known to the locals.
Then in October this year, Ms. Coral led the Eglobal sales team to Hong Kong to participate in the Hong Kong Autumn Electronic Exhibition. At the exhibition, every salesperson received every customer seriously, which made the exhibition a successful conclusion and also gained a lot of potential customers.
On the online front, Eglobal divides the sales team into 4 departments, which are responsible for a series of services on each platform. The sales department adjusted its strategy for each platform, increasing exposure and influence by uploading new products, optimising hot-selling products, setting preferential prices for products and signing up for various activities on the platform. In addition, each of our salespersons provides complete pre-sales and after-sales services to each customer. Not only do we respond promptly before sales, we also provide free technical services after sales.
With the joint efforts of Eglobal team members, Eglobal mini computers have achieved good results in sales on the Alibaba platform, and therefore won Alibaba’s 2023 Quality Supplier Award.
